Two Rivers Habitat for Humanity believes that everyone deserves a decent place to live. Partnering to provide products and services that foster safe and livable homes and communities.
The TRHFH repairs program aims to enhance the safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, or preservation of homes within the communities we serve. These repairs facilitate the continued safe and accessible living conditions for residents. Grant funding is utilized for all repairs, and eligibility criteria are determined by location and available funding.

Need for Housing Repair

Do the repairs fit our accessibility, safety, weatherization or home preservation focus?

Do you own your home and live in it full time?
Income

Is your income at or below 60% of the area median income for the service area?

Is your mortgage current or already paid off? Do you have any liens on your home?
Willingness to Partner

Are you able to present when the work is being done?

Have you lived or worked in the TRHFH service area for at least 1year?
